Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Service

A 2 B SKIP HIRE (WIRRAL) LIMITED provides skip hire services.
Payment secures the hire period, vehicle scheduling, driver allocation
and operational planning.

As this is a time-sensitive hire service, refunds are not normally available
once a skip has been delivered.

2. Cancellations Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made with reasonable notice prior to dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
  • If a vehicle has already been dispatched, a cancellation or wasted journey charge may apply.

Any refund issued will be at our discretion and may be subject to administrative or transport costs already incurred.

3. No Refunds After Delivery

Once a skip has been delivered to the agreed location, no refunds will be provided
for early completion, change of mind, or reduced usage.

4. Access and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery location is safe and accessible
  • Sufficient space is available for delivery and collection
  • Any required permits are arranged where applicable

If delivery or collection cannot be completed due to restricted access,
parked vehicles, unsafe ground conditions, or other site-related issues,
additional charges may apply.

5. Delays Outside Our Control

While we aim to deliver and collect skips within agreed timeframes,
we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control,
including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion or road closures
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Accidents or emergencies
  • Local authority restrictions

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to rearrange delivery
or collection at the earliest opportunity. Delays of this nature do not
entitle the customer to a refund.

6. Prohibited or Overloaded Waste

If a skip contains prohibited materials or is overloaded beyond the legal fill level,
we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse collection until the issue is resolved
  • Apply additional charges

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
